1:1 Private Curly Hair Intensive Mentorship
For those who don’t know me, my name is Aiysia! It’s pronounced like the continent, Asia. I have been in the hair and beauty industry since 2013 when I started at Paul Mitchell the School Cleveland. I graduated and entered my career in October 2014.
Let me preface with, I say all of this to say - I learned along the way that you can always change your mind, and always take new chances. This course is low pressure, and not designed to make you into a curly hair specialist. It is designed to equip you with the tools to feel confident & well-rounded overall as a professional hairstylist.
I never saw myself as a salon owner, yet I became one in 2018, up until 2022 when I chose to move out of state. I didn’t discover my true passion for curly hair until 2020. I **never** saw myself as an owner of a haircare line until 2025, and in less than one year I have sold over 200 units all on my own thru my personal clientele. And I never saw myself as an educator until this year - 2026.
I was approached by a 25 year master stylist to learn from me how to cut & properly care for curly hair. I took the chance, (and so did she) it was the best experience ever. I genuinely just want to help everyone feel comfortable when it comes to textured hair - including your future clients.

I am here to help take the anxiety out of texture, and help you to understand the art, and knowledge of curly hair behind your chair.
Curly and coily clients are the most loyal guests in the beauty industry, yet texture education is notoriously left out of traditional beauty school.
This is why I created this private 1:1 mentorship experience, designed to take away the fear and hand you a reputable system for cutting, shaping, and styling curls with absolute confidence. Giving you the opportunity to add a new service to your menu, or simply be prepared to service any guest that comes across your chair. 💺✨
To ensure your learning goals get my full, undivided attention, I only accept ONE to TWO private stylist per month. I open up the 3rd Monday of every month for education from 10am-2:30pm.
[If a 1:1 Look & Learn is booked, I will have room for 2 Look & Learns in one day. 10am and 12:30pm. Otherwise, if it is hands-on I will only take 1 student for the day.]

* Tension Control & Elasticity: Discover the physics of curl tension. Learn exactly how much (or how little) to pull the hair so your cuts never shrink shorter than intended.
* Advanced Product Application & Diffusing: Master the science of hydration. Learn the exact sequencing for product saturation and moisture retention, followed by advanced diffusion techniques that lock in definition with zero frizz.

A deep-dive, visual mentorship day. Watch me break down a mannequin head transformation from start to finish, mapping out every cut, section, and product choice in real time.

Independent Stylist: $1,240
Salon Group 2:1: $2000
The ultimate skill-building day. We provide the curly mannequin head(yours to keep), and tri-pod. You will execute the entire process side-by-side with me. I will cut one section, and you will repeat what I demonstrate. I will correct your angles, and ensure you leave with a new understanding of how to work with textures & curls.
* Duration: 4.5 Hours
* The Backbar Bonus: Includes a full-sized backbar set of the entire Conscious Curl Co. product line (Charcoal Detox, Rose Clay Cleanser, Conditioners, and Styling Creams) to use during your new service immediately.
* Passive Income Opportunity: Upon completion, you will be given a custom affiliate code. Use the retail kit on your backbar for guaranteed results. When your clients choose buy Conscious Curl Co. online, you share your code and earn a recurring commission for life without holding inventory. They can purchase right from the chair, or at home and you still earn commissions.

Once your application is accepted, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be collected via a Shopify invoice. This is to order all class materials and secure your spot on my limited availability. The remainder will be due via invoice 24 hours before class.
